Perth, 15 February 2012: Clayton Utz has acted as legal counsel to ASX-listed integrated waste management and industrial service company Tox Free Solutions Ltd ("Tox Free") in respect of its acquisition of the operations of international waste management company DoloMatrix International Ltd ("Dolomatrix"), for a total cash consideration of $58 million. The transaction, announced on 15 December last year, completed today.
Under the terms of the transaction, Tox Free acquired DoloMatrix's operating subsidiaries along with various related assets.
Clayton Utz Perth Corporate partner Mark Paganin led the firm's team, which included senior associate Andrew Hart, and lawyer Tracy Chew, in achieving successful completion of the deal for Tox Free.
Clayton Utz also recently advised Tox Free in relation to its successfully completed $27 million institutional placement to partly fund the acquisition.
