Chris Davis is a procurement and contracting lawyer in our Government Services Group.

Chris Davis is a special counsel in our Canberra office, practising in the Corporate and Government Services Group. He has significant experience in commercial law, particularly drafting and managing complex commercial procurement contracts and advising large projects on contracting issues. He has been seconded to the DMO on two occasions and to the ACCC to assist in the running of a major abuse of market power litigation.
Chris also has extensive litigation, contract dispute and insurance experience both in Australia and Hong Kong, including multi-jurisdiction claims, acting for government departments/authorities, major companies and insurers (including Comcover).
