Michael Mulgrew has had extensive experience as a government lawyer working for the Australian Government Solicitor and then for the Australian Customs Service. He has had wide experience in conducting Federal Court litigation and in providing advice to Departmental officials and Ministers in relation to the Customs Act and interpretation of international agreements. Michael is an active WTO panellist specialising in disputes concerning anti-dumping and the agreement on subsidy and countervailing measures.
