The 2010 International Arbitration Lecture is scheduled to take place on Tuesday 16 November 2010 and this year we are very pleased to announce that our guest lecturer will be Sally Harpole.
Sally is a renowned international arbitrator, having been involved in over 100 international commercial cases in Asia, Europe and North America. Sally has been practising in Hong Kong for the last 30 years and will be speaking on "Language in International Arbitration", with a particular focus on Asia.
The annual Clayton Utz and University of Sydney International Arbitration Lecture is designed to promote and support the development and study of international arbitration and international dispute resolution in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. Now in its ninth year, the International Arbitration Lecture has become a pinnacle event, attracting attendees from around the globe.
