• 15 or more days before the workshop: You will be offered a full refund or a credit position at a future workshop.
• 8-14 days before the workshop: The full cost will be charged and you'll be offered a credit position at a future workshop. 
• 7 days or less, including no shows: The full cost will be charged. Credit positions do not apply.
