The working environment can often be hectic and demanding, and annual leave gives you a chance to relax and enjoy time away from the office.
Permanent full-time employees are entitled to four weeks’ (20 working days) annual leave per year, to be taken at a time convenient to the Firm and the employee.
Our additional leave policy enables interested employees to buy additional leave every 12 months by reducing their pre-tax total remuneration by the amount necessary to purchase one or two weeks’ additional leave. In this way additional leave is intended for employees with a desire to access five to six weeks’ leave every 12 months.
Parents Portal and family care
Clayton Utz’s Parents Portal sets out the benefits, resources and tools available to you, from before you take parental leave right through to your return to work.
This includes helping you with carers’ responsibilities. Choosing child care or aged care for your family requires careful consideration, not to mention hours and hours of time invested into looking for the right fit for your child/ relative and budget.
