The Canberra office is located on the 10th floor of the Nishi building and accessible via lift. The lifts are located to the right of the main staircase in the building's foyer.

Reception staff will be able to respond to specific requests or requirements from visitors with disability, for example accessible pathways, requests for different seating, changes in lighting, access to hearing loops etc. in meeting rooms.

Passenger lifts serve each floor in the building and have been designed to accommodate wheelchair and disabled users. Pressing the raised wheelchair button holds the lift doors open for a longer period of time, allowing those with mobility impairments time to access the lift safely. The elevators notify passengers as it arrives on each level and provides an audible notification that ends when the doors close.

There is on-site car parking available for disabled visitors. Further information about the on-site car parking can be viewed on the Wilson Parking website

Car parking spaces are not able to be pre-booked or reserved. There are two accessible elevators to take guests from the basement car parking to the Nishi building ground floor. From this elevator guests will then need to cross the building's foyer to access the elevators to take guests to level 10.
