Season's greetings 2022
Our people are passionate about giving back to the communities in which we live and work. In the spirit of the season, and in lieu of spending on greeting cards, we are giving to six charities that have provided essential services. All these charities have a strong connection to the firm and are making a difference in people's lives, in different ways.

Brisbane: Coffee Brigade
For the past 5 decades the Coffee Brigade (Brisbane) have been passionately devoting our energy toward advocating for the hungry, the homeless and anyone in need within the Brisbane community.
“I am proud to support the Coffee Brigade in their efforts to provide those in need with a coffee, a chat, and some food. I love hearing stories and poems from the community members who visit the van. It is amazing how a short conversation can brighten someone’s day! The visitors to the van always leave me with a smile on my face, and we strive to provide the visitors with the same.”

Dawn House is a domestic and family violence service that provides much needed services and emergency accommodation for women and children escaping domestic violence.
“It has been great getting to know the team at Dawn House and their goals for the new year. Since 1963, St Bart’s has been standing by the side of Western Australians experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, trauma and hardship.
“I am proud to have assisted St Bart's to provide accommodation and support services to vulnerable members of the community in Western Australia. We have assisted St Bart's over a number of years in negotiating and executing funding and project development agreements so it can expand the critical services it provides to the community. Melbourne: Stars Foundation
Stars Foundation uses a highly successful, tailored approach to provide holistic mentoring support to one of the most at-risk groups in Australia – Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander girls and young women.
“We are thrilled to be supporting the Stars Foundation! The mentorship and extracurricular programs develop students’ confidence, life skills and connection to their First Nations heritage in a nurturing and holistic way. Their support of young women leads to incredible outcomes. Each year 95% of Stars participants go on to graduate year 12, compared to a 65% national Indigenous average. These girls are then supported in successful transitions to work or study. The Stars Foundation helps Indigenous girls and young women create a future, which we are so proud to be a part of!"–
