Clayton Utz Foundation

We act on our responsibility to give back to the community.

The Clayton Utz Foundation supports organisations that have a strong and meaningful connection to the Firm through our Pro Bono practice, Community Connect (our community involvement program) and the volunteering and fundraising commitments of our partners and employees.

Over $13.3 million has been distributed in grants to over 300 charities since 2003 including $850,000 in FY2022. The Foundation is supported by an ongoing financial commitment from the Firm, and the generous contributions from individual partners and employees though our Workplace Giving Program (WPG). Currently 32% of the Firm participates in the WPG and all money donated to the Foundation through the Workplace Giving Program goes to the charities we support. The Firm covers all administration costs.

Direct applications and sponsorship requests to the Clayton Utz Foundation are not accepted. Applications are made by Clayton Utz partners and employees on behalf of the community organisations and charities with which they work.
