Workshop agenda

At our workshop we will explore:

  • The role of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) frameworks within the current economic conditions
  • New developments in compliance theory and practice including:
    • the latest research
    • war stories
    • benchmarking against the new standard of compliance AS3806 – 2006
  • Integrating GRC
  • Compliance measurement
  • Detailed workshops where you will commence using measurement tools.

You will have the option of being involved at two workshop levels:

  • As a compliance professional designing or implementing compliance systems
  • As a board member or senior executive receiving compliance reports.

We would like to structure this workshop to suit the needs of the delegates so please send in your questions prior to the workshop in order for the presenter to troubleshoot any problems. Subject to demand, we would be happy to also consider industry-specific workshops.
