Mark Paganin is the Perth office Corporate Practice Group leader.
He has been a partner for over 15 years practising as a corporate lawyer with a particular emphasis in advising boards and senior management of publicly listed companies on their resource and industrial activities in Australia and overseas. Mark is a member of the Australian Government's Takeovers Panel and has completed a three month executive management program at Harvard Business School.
