Brigitte Markovic is the firm's National Managing Partner of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. As a practitioner, Brigitte is a highly respected commercial litigator whose expertise in administrative and insolvency law provides a unique perspective on dispute resolution. She is engaged by both public and private sectors for her extensive experience in critical, high-profile litigation and skill in managing complex and highly sensitive matters. Having worked with and within government bodies over many years, Brigitte has first-hand knowledge of the legal issues faced by government agencies and has previously led the firm's Government Services group whilst based in the Canberra office.
Brigitte's skills as a restructuring and insolvency lawyer are formidable, with an understanding of company liquidation and creditors' rights, having acted in recovery actions for liquidators, lenders and receivers.
