Geoff Geha has a broad range of experience in the areas of corporate and leveraged finance.
He has been involved in several of Australia's most significant leveraged finance deals, including the financing of the joint venture between the Seven Network and KKR. Recently he acted for PBL Media on the restructuring of its debt facilities.
Geoff has also acted on a variety of corporate finance transactions in a range of industries and sits on the Asia Pacific Loan Market Association sub-committee for documentation and legal issues.
