Mining company supply agreements: The lead partner in the negotiation of complex alliance arrangements with major mining companies for the supply of machines and services, including structuring complex, long-term joint ventures and resourcing arrangements.

GITC-based Procurement: Lead partner in numerous major CIT projects based on the GITC over many years, representing both customers and suppliers. He has a deep understanding of the nuances and subtleties of the GITC and of the processes, techniques and solutions to issues which commonly arise in a wide variety of GITC-based projects.

GITC-based acquisition of gaming platform: Jeremy led the legal team which advised on the GITC-based procurement of an entire gaming platform used to issue and validate lottery tickets and Instant Scratch-It tickets, and for the rollout of these systems over communications infrastructure to more than 1,200 agents throughout Queensland.

Sale of US subsidiary: Lead partner in the full sale process of the Australian operating subsidiaries of a major USA corporation in the aerospace services sector.

Mineral refinery: Lead partner in providing strategic Freedom To Operate opinions involving an extensive investigation into the intellectual property rights associated with the design and development of a major mineral refinery.

Joint venture arrangements: Lead partner in advising and negotiating the buyout and unwinding of joint venture arrangements between foreign corporations over a major mixed use development project.

Toyota: Lead partner in negotiating the structuring and acquisition of Toyota dealerships by a US-based corporation.

Telstra: Lead partner in negotiating with Telstra for "Wavelength" service facilities for central corporate sites.

Telstra: Advised and negotiated the umbrella contractual arrangements with Telstra for the conversion and ongoing support and maintenance of a retail network linking over 1200 franchised outlets.

Telecommunications company:
Advising on a project for the acquisition and support of Interactive Voice Response and telephone product support service arrangements with providers through 1900, 0055 and SMS services.

Computer and communications system acquisitions: Advising various public and private sector clients on the acquisition of computer and communications systems for the creation, storage and dissemination of organisation-wide information.

Media companies: Negotiating arrangements between multiple media corporations for sharing of regional digital broadcasting facilities.

Queensland Power generator: Lead partner in representing a Queensland power generator on sourcing and procurement of an energy trading system and advising throughout the development project.
