One of the key issues in the derivatives industry for our clients is a slew of regulatory changes that they are currently navigating in four different areas. The first cab off the rank is Australia's new OTC derivatives framework. Second Basel III implementation in Australia is ongoing and will have a significant impact on the derivatives industry both here and globally. Finally, as our clients gear up for their move to central clearing of OTC derivatives, they are facing significant compliance challenges, particularly in the area of Dodd‑Frank and more lately FATCA.
