Second Basel III implementation in Australia is ongoing and will have a significant impact on the derivatives industry both here and globally. Finally, as our clients gear up for their move to central clearing of OTC derivatives, they are facing significant compliance challenges, particularly in the area of Dodd‑Frank and more lately FATCA.
