Peter is a partner in the Real Estate group of Clayton Utz, based in our Sydney office. He has practised extensively on major property projects for over 25 years, successfully acting for the New South Wales Government and for a number of major institutions and property development companies in some of Australia’s largest and most complex real estate transactions.
He focuses on commercial property projects and joint ventures, as well as industrial and residential property developments and environmental law, and he has been involved in many significant hotel and tourism projects in Australia.
Peter has successfully applied innovative project structuring to a number of property developments in which he has been involved.
Peter is the Chairman of the Property Law Reform Alliance. The Property Law Reform Alliance is a coalition of more than 15 peak legal and industry associations committed to achieving uniformity in and the reform of property law and procedures in Australia.
