Profile: Peter McMahon

Key Points:

Peter has practised extensively on major property projects for over 25 years, acting for the New South Wales Government and for a number of major institutions and property development companies in some of Australia’s largest real estate transactions.

He focuses on commercial property projects and joint ventures, as well as industrial and residential property developments and environmental law, and he has been involved in many significant hotel and tourism projects in Australia.

Peter is the Chairman of the Property Law Referm Alliance. The Property Law Reform Alliance is a coalition of more than 20 peak legal and industry associations committed to achieving uniformity in and the reform of property law and procedures in Australia.
