Michael is a partner in our Construction and Major Projects team. With degrees in engineering and law, Michael is able to provide specialist advice on both technical and legal aspects of major projects and construction matters.
His legal experience encompasses acting for owners and contractors in disputes including building, infrastructure, civil and earthworks projects, chemical and mineral facilities, pipeline installations, roads and power generation facilities.
Clients recognise Michael’s attention to detail and thoroughness in covering every aspect of a matter with an eye on the commercial aspects of the issue.
Michael also has significant involvement in dispute resolution having been involved in mediations, arbitrations, facilitated negotiations and court proceedings.
