Joanna Pugsley is the newest Major Projects lawyer to be promoted to the Clayton Utz partnership.
Jo has been a member of our Major Projects, Construction and International Arbitration teams for 10 years. She has significant experience in both the contentious and non-contentious aspects of the practice and has specific expertise in advising in respect of major engineering and mining projects.
Jo has also spent considerable time in London where she worked for the International law firm White & Case in its construction section. During her time in London, Jo gained significant experience in drafting and negotiating construction related contracts on limited recourse financed projects.
Jo was promoted to the partnership on 1 January.
