Projects Insights

07 February 2006

Welcome to our first edition of the year - we hope you had a relaxing break and are ready for the challenges of 2006.

In this edition we'll look at what happens when an adjudicator denies natural justice and fails to bona fide exercise his powers under the NSW security of payment laws, and whether the current regime for challenging determinations is good law or not.

The Richmond Review was prompted by a toll road project, but we'll see how its recommendations will affect public private partnerships for other forms of infrastructure.

Finally, we'll look at copyright in architects' plans, and the NSW Government's new metropolitan strategy for greater Sydney.
