We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mark van Brakel as a new partner within our litigation team. Mark has extensive experience in both commercial litigation and public law. A former State Crown prosecutor and civil solicitor, Mark's current litigation practice covers diverse areas of dispute resolution and advisings.
Mark specialises in engineering and resources disputes and regularly acts in matters of insurance, administrative law and public prosecutions. He has appeared as counsel in a wide range of Courts and tribunals, in addition to acting in arbitrations and mediations. Mark also forms part of the firm's environmental practice with an emphasis on the prosecutorial and administrative aspects of the legislation.
