Welcome to the May edition of Clayton Utz Life Sciences Insights, in which we'll look at the next stages of the implementation of the trans-Tasman scheme. We will also consider the final legislative stages of the tort law reform process in Australia.

Changes in US patent law could result in Australian researchers inadvertently exposing themselves to US patent infringement suits. We'll consider these changes and how the researchers can protect themselves.
