Steven Power is a well-known member of our Government Services team - and our newest partner.
Steven is a commercial lawyer practising in the area of major projects and procurement. Commencing his legal career with Clayton Utz in 1996, Steven has worked in the firm's Sydney and Canberra offices, and has also spent a number of years working for a major law firm in the United Kingdom.
Steven advises public and private sector clients on a range of major equipment and infrastructure acquisition and sustainment projects and service contracts both in Australia and overseas. He has also advised on projects involving both traditional and non-traditional project delivery models including PPP/PFI, and has a particular interest in assisting clients with management of major government procurement processes and in the development of performance-based contracting and through-life support arrangements.
