Steven is a Senior Associate in our Canberra office working in our Government and Major Project teams. He practises in the specialist area of privately and publicly funded infrastructure projects and has had significant involvement in a number of major infrastructure projects, equipment procurement projects and the outsourcing of maintenance and other services.
Steven has extensive experience in structuring and managing procurement processes for Government. He has advised Government (both in Australia and in the UK) on projects in relation to defence, rail, transport and logistics, schools and higher education colleges. Steven has also advised private sector clients in the energy and resources sector.
