Lateral appointments
 | Graeme Dennis has joined us as a partner in our Corporate Advisory / M&A group. Graeme is recognised as a leading energy and resources lawyer. He has particular experience in energy market regulation and reform and has advised clients in relation to privatisation. He has worked on a range of electricity and gas projects involving project finance and energy purchase and trading contracts, including the development of energy futures, swaps and hedges. |

Luke is recognised for his ability to provide clear, commercially sound, timely, and practical advice when working with his clients on complex commercial matters. Luke acts for institutional investors, constructors of major infrastructure works, national and international banks, private developers and superannuation funds. |
