Lateral appointments

	Graeme Dennis has joined us as a partner in our Corporate Advisory / M&A group. Graeme is recognised as a leading energy and resources lawyer. He has particular experience in energy market regulation and reform and has advised clients in relation to privatisation. He has worked on a range of electricity and gas projects involving project finance and energy purchase and trading contracts, including the development of energy futures, swaps and hedges.
	Luke Hinckfuss has joined us as a partner in our Real Estate group. Luke is recognised for his ability to provide clear, commercially sound, timely, and practical advice when working with his clients on complex commercial matters. Luke acts for institutional investors, constructors of major infrastructure works, national and international banks, private developers and superannuation funds.
	Simon Irvine has joined us as a partner in our Debt Finance group. Simon has experience advising on a wide variety of international structured finance and debt restructuring transactions with a particular emphasis on international project finance in relation to which he has advised lenders, multilateral lending agencies and developers on a range of high profile global transactions.
	Sue Williamson has joined us as a partner in our Taxation group. Sue Williamson joined Clayton Utz in 2007 after 12 years as a tax partner with another top tier law firm and six years at Price Waterhouse (now PwC). She has represented a range of significant Australian and international clients on the full spectrum of taxation matters including mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, distributions to shareholders, capital gains tax, GST, stamp duty and tax disputes.
