Welcome to the December edition of Cartels Insights. Well, it's finally here - the bill to criminalise serious cartel conduct. In this edition we'll see what's changed since the last Exposure Draft.

We'll also look at another nuts and bolts issue - how the ACCC and Director of Public Prosecutions will work together in making some crucial decisions, such as when to prosecute criminally, and who will benefit from the Immunity Policy.
