Welcome to the first edition of Cartels Insights. With the Australian Government's plans to criminalise certain cartel behaviour close to implementation, it's important for all businesses to understand the impact of the new laws on their day-to-day operations.

In this edition we'll be focusing on the latest draft of the laws - what do they say, what don't they say, and how do they affect ordinary business arrangements?
