Geoff was made a partner in our Banking and Financial Services group in January.
Geoff has a broad range of banking and finance experience, particularly in the areas of corporate and leveraged financings. Prior to joining Clayton Utz, Geoff worked for Allen & Overy in London where he acted for senior lenders, mezzanine lenders and sponsors on many high profile and complex leveraged finance transactions.
His recent transactions include acting for Centennial Coal on its US private placement, acting for Pacific Equity Partners in relation to its debt facilities for the acquisition of Worldwide Restaurant Concepts and acting for ANZ in connection with its funding of Metcash's acquisition of Foodland.
