Key Points:
David is a member of our Brisbane Banking and Financial Services team and was appointed Special Counsel on 1 September 2005. He has advised clients in relation to the development and financing of major projects in Queensland. This includes resource and energy projects, major infrastructure projects and Public Private Partnerships. He has advised clients on property acquisitions and development, corporate acquisitions and restructures and joint ventures and specialises in all areas of financing including property, corporate, project and infrastructure financing as well as debt funding through the capital markets.
As well as acting for a number of Government entities and major Australian companies and financial institutions, David has gained invaluable commercial experience from secondments to a number of the firm's clients including Macquarie Bank, Queensland Treasury, Queensland Cement Limited and ING Australia Ltd.
