Leah is a partner in our Banking and Financial Services practice and her experience and expertise extend across all types of funding arrangements (including structured finance, acquisition finance, property and construction finance, syndicated lending, project financing, debt capital markets and securitisation). She also has extensive experience in workouts and insolvency.

Primarily, Leah acts for financiers, arrangers and professional trustee companies. Recently, she has been involved in a number of high-profile property finance transactions. She also structured the first multi-borrower CMBS issue in Australia.

As the client relationship partner for several of our core banking clients, Leah is well known for her commercial approach to transactions and superior practice management.
