David Lyons joined Clayton Utz in 1998 and is a Senior Associate in our Banking and Financial Services Group, based in our Brisbane office. He has extensive experience in syndicated loans, major projects, multi-jurisdictional finance structuring, commercial financing, capital markets and all aspects of project, corporate, trade, equipment, business and property finance. David provides advice to and acts on behalf of a number of major Australian and international corporations, banks and finance companies.

David is a member of the Australian Institute of Banking and Finance, Hong Kong Australia Business Association, Singapore Business Association, Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Queensland Law Society.
