Sydney, 2 July 2012: Clayton Utz is pleased to announce the promotion of Angus Foley to the partnership, effective 1 July 2012.
Angus joined the Clayton Utz Banking and Finance practice in 2011 as a Director – Project Finance. He began his career as a lawyer before forging a career in investment banking, with roles at Credit Suisse First Boston, Credit Agricole CIB Australia (as Director, Natural Resources, Infrastructure and Power) and CBA (where he held various roles including Head of Social & Corporate Infrastructure and Head of Infrastructure Clients).
Clayton Utz Chief Executive Partner Darryl McDonough said: "Angus has made a very positive impact since joining the firm. His experience has added significantly to our project finance capability and in particular, is a great fit with the international project finance experience of partner Bruce Cooper, who joined us in 2010.
