For the fifth year Clayton Utz is hosting a four-day intensive financial services program at the University of New South Wales. This course is postgraduate accredited and qualifies for MCLE points, and fuses practical and comprehensive analysis of the financial services sector.
Clayton Utz partners John Moutsopoulos, Randal Dennings, Jane Paskin, Zein El Hassan, Lawrence Hastings, Peter Mann and Narelle Smythe, as well as senior associates Sonia Lopes and Phillip Turner, will present on five interrelated components: managed funds, superannuation, financial services regulation and compliance, and insurance.
