Clayton Utz a winner at Australasian Law Awards

Sydney, 26 May 2008: National law firm Clayton Utz has excelled at the 2008 ALB Australasian Law Awards, advising on four of the transactions which took out Deal of the Year awards.

The Awards, which recognise the successes in the legal industry throughout 2007, were marked by a special black-tie function in Sydney last Thursday evening.

Clayton Utz M&A partner and joint practice head Michael Parshall was also a finalist in the Dealmaker of the Year category.
