Clayton Utz lawyers help overseas lawyers navigate Australia's product laws

Lawyers around the world can learn about Australia's product liability laws - with the help of two Clayton Utz lawyers.

"The International Comparative Legal Guide to: Product Liability 2006: A practical insight to cross-border Product Liability work", published by Global Legal Group Ltd, London, is an important global guide to product liability law for general counsel, government agencies, and private practice lawyers across the globe.

Two of Australia's leading product liability lawyers, Clayton Utz partners Stuart Clark and Colin Loveday, have again written the chapter on Australia's product liability law, using a question and answer format which allows for easy comparison between our laws and those of other countries. Contributions to the Guide are by invitation only, and Stuart and Colin were the only Australian product liability lawyers asked to contribute.
