Andrew Walker has more than 15 years' experience in corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. He has advised on a number of high-profile public and complex private M&A transactions, and has an intimate knowledge of the legal issues and strategy involved in takeovers, merger schemes, corporate acquisitions, divestments, directors' duties and commercial and securities law.
Andrew's expertise includes acting on mergers and acquisitions in the finance, health, telecommunications, manufacturing, transport and mining sectors, and he also has international experience gained from a secondment to the London office of one of the world's largest law firms.
