Nicholas Tsirogiannis is a Partner in the Construction and Major Projects group and has qualifications in engineering, science and law. He has acted for both government and private sector clients (including developers, contractors and financiers) across a range of industry sectors including transport, construction, engineering, energy and resources . Nicholas also brings extensive project management experience, having worked for a number of years as a project manager in the engineering and construction industry.
Nicholas has written and presented papers on various issues relating to construction and major projects including relationship contracting, liability of contract administrators, delivery models, variations, contractual indemnities and survival of rights and obligations following termination. He has also been a guest lecturer at the University of Melbourne in the undergraduate subject of Principles of Construction Law.
