
Dan Trindade has returned to Clayton Utz as a partner after successfully founding a leading boutique workplace relations law practice and also working as in-house counsel for Air New Zealand - Ansett Australia and Telstra. Dan has extensive experience in all facets of workplace relations and employment law with particular emphasis on enterprise bargaining, workplace strategy, industrial disputation and employment litigation. He has advised some of Australia's largest corporations on all aspects of workplace relations and employment law.
Dan has significant in-depth experience of the commercial and operational realities that impact upon workplace relations and employment issues and provides advice, assistance and representation with an emphasis on the commercial and operational objectives of his clients.
Dan is also an experienced advocate, appearing regularly for clients in courts and tribunals. He is a presenter of seminars and training for areas such as equal opportunity and grievance management.
