Nick Thomas is a recognised expert in environment, planning, water and government law.
His practice covers a broad spectrum of issues, such as climate change (including renewable energy, green buildings and green infrastructure), planning and environmental impact assessment, pollution control, land contamination, resources management (including energy and water management), heritage management, property laws (including compulsory acquisition and land valuation), and government decision-making and policy.
