Background
Ron Schaffer practises in commercial and banking litigation, with particular expertise in corporate insolvency, workouts, enforcement of securities, equity disputes and Corporations Act litigation. Over the last 30 years he has dealt with some of the largest corporate and insolvency matters in Australia.
Ron is also the firm's Risk & Probity Partner, which involves handling important internal issues for the firm and its clients. He interfaces with our Risk Management Group and our General Counsel as part of that role and is involved in policy development.
