Royal North Shore Hospital: Acting for the Department of Health in relation to the North Shore Hospital PPP Project. We were the lead lawyers for the Project and Daina was responsible for the contractual arrangements and negotiations for the car park facilities and related commercial and financial issues.
Victorian Traffic Cameras and Infringements: Acting for the Department of Justice, Major Procurement Project Office in relation to the procurement of Infringement Management and Enforcement Services and Traffic Camera Services provided to the Victorian Government. We were the lead lawyer in the drafting of contract documentation, advising on the proposed risk allocation, preparation of tender documentation, the evaluation of tenders, advising on the tender process, negotiation with tenderers and provide ongoing contractual advice for the projects.
Melbourne Ticketing System Project: Acting for the Victorian Transport Ticketing Authority on the New Ticketing System Project which will provide a smartcard based ticketing and fare payment system for Melbourne and areas of regional Victoria. We were the lead lawyers in the drafting of contract documentation, the evaluation of tenders and advising on the tender process and provide ongoing contractual advice for the project.
Hunter Regional Waste Project: Acting for Hunter Integrated Resources, a joint venture of four local councils in the region, on a privately funded waste facility project. Work includes drafting of a heads of agreement and contract documentation, advising on risk allocation issues and preparation of documents to manage arrangements between the local councils and HIR.
Water Treatment Plants: Acting for Sydney Water on the restructure and refinancing of the water treatment plants of the Vivendi Group at Illawarra and Woronora and advising on the impact of the restructure of Transfield Services on the contract documentation for the water treatment plant at Macarthur.
NSW Police Property Portfolio: Acting for the Ministry for Police on a strategic partnership with the private sector to provide property management services and strategic advice in relation to the Police Property Portfolio. Work included drafting of contract documentation, the evaluation of tenders, advising on the tender process and preparing documents to manage government agency arrangements.
Integrated Ticketing Project: Acting for the Department of Transport (NSW) on the Integrated Ticketing Project which will provide a smart card based ticketing and fare payment system for SRA, STA and private buses and ferries. Work included drafting of contract documentation, the evaluation of tenders and advising on the tender process.
