Nick has extensive experience advising creditors, debtors and insolvency practitioners in respect of large and complex cross-border insolvencies, workouts, restructures and non-performing loan sales across various sectors including: rail, toll roads, steel, petroleum, manufacturing, retail, distribution, agriculture, communications, utilities, airlines, property holding companies and gaming.
Nick was previously a partner in the Hong Kong office of Mayer Brown JSM and has worked on projects across the Asia-Pacific region.

In 2003 Nick was a lead adviser to Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited in its non-performing loan portfolio sale (approx. US$1.8 billion) a transaction that was awarded the IFLR Distressed Debt Deal of the Year.
