Deborah Polites is an experienced intellectual property lawyer with particular expertise in contentious intellectual property matters, including dispute resolution and litigation. She has over 10 years' experience in intellectual property and related matters, including significant patent litigation in connection with technologies in a variety of fields including the biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and mining industries.
Deborah also has experience advising clients in relation to advertising and marketing law issues, and has acted for many highly recognisable national and international organisations in significant and ground-breaking matters. She also develops and conducts training programmes for clients on intellectual property and related trade practices issues.
