
Jane Paskin has over 20 years' superannuation experience and has advised on many aspects of the development and operation of the superannuation industry over that period.
She regularly advises trustees on their duties and obligations under the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act, Corporations Act and trust law generally.
Jane has advised trustees, financial institutions and industry funds on the full breadth of issues they face, including the outsourcing of administration and custody services. She also has a particular interest in unit pricing methodology, and the superannuation aspects of mergers and acquisitions in the financial services sector.
She also has experience in life insurance and funds management.
Jane lectures on Superannuation and Funds Management in the University of NSW Master of Laws course. This is a specialist combined funds management and superannuation law course that has been developed in conjunction with the Clayton Utz Financial Services team.
Jane has recently been appointed as Chairman of Rice Warner Actuaries.
