Kathryn Pacey specialises in environment and planning law, with a particular focus on:
- environmental and planning issues for major public and private infrastructure and mining projects;
- the operation of the Commonwealth and Queensland environmental legal regimes;
- approvals processes for major projects, including environmental impact assessment processes; and

Kathryn's experience includes advising both public and private sector clients on major project environment and planning approvals; master planning; vegetation clearing processes; local, State and Commonwealth heritage issues; contamination; water licensing; issues associated with wild river declarations; fisheries, as well as compliance issues.
