Frazer Moss has practised in construction law since 1990. He maintains a diverse practice, providing advice on a wide variety of construction and mining contracts and project-related issues. He is experienced in the resolution of disputes through litigation, arbitration or alternative methods such as mediation, and has participated in arbitrations conducted under a variety of procedural rules both in Australia and overseas.
Frazer provides advice to participants operating in all aspects of the construction industry and has gained substantial experience in relation to the civil, mining and mechanical/electrical sectors.
