Department of Defence: Drafting amendments to the Department of Defence suite of contracts to address the operation of the Building and Construction Industry Payments Act 2004 (Qld) and Queensland Building Services Authority Act 1991 (Qld).
Confidential client: Successfully defending claims brought by the head contractor against prospective sub-contractor for the supply of goods to major suburban transport infrastructure project. The claims involved Trade Practices Act issues, contract, estoppel and negligence in a tender situation.
