Background
Paul Miller is a special counsel in our insurance and risk group with extensive experience in D&O insurance, professional indemnity, public liability, transport and property insurance matters. He has deep commercial litigation experience, having acted for a number of Australia’s major insurers and self-insured corporations.
Paul specialises in front-end insurance and contractual risk advice. He has undertaken a number of insurance and contractual risk reviews for clients, particularly in the mining industry, involving the preparation and negotiation of various commercial agreements.
Paul also advises on insurance compliance and due diligence issues, and advises boards and directors and officers in relation to D&O insurance, deeds of indemnity and other corporate governance issues.
