Background
Richard Mereine has litigated for 37 years. He has extensive experience, nationally and internationally, in commercial and corporate litigation, product liability, restrictive trade practices matters and investigations by regulatory authorities including the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. He acts for major national and international public and private corporations, government instrumentalities and high wealth individuals. Richard is recognised for understanding his client's desired objectives and achieving those objectives effectively and efficiently.
Richard has conducted substantial litigation in the Supreme Courts throughout Australia, the Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of New Zealand.
