Jonathan McTigue is a Special Counsel in the Melbourne Construction & Major Projects Group. He acts for owners and contractors, primarily in complex large-scale disputes covering a diverse range of projects including mining facilities, pipeline installations, road, rail and social infrastructure, and power generation facilities.
Jonathan is experienced in the use of alternatives to litigation to resolve commercial disputes, including mediation, commercial arbitration, and expert determination.
